After School and Auxiliary Programs are a vibrant extension of the school day.
St. Luke’s Auxiliary Programs extend the opportunities for learning, creativity, connection, and play beyond the school day. Together, these programs provide students and families with a range of ways to engage with the school community after dismissal and throughout the year.
Our After School Program (ASP) combines enrichment classes with General Care. Students can explore interests ranging from art, athletics, filmmaking, ceramics, robotics, and 3D design to science, games, and making. Before and after their scheduled activities, students can participate in General Care, a supervised environment for outdoor play, games, creative activities, homework, and time with friends. Upper School students also have access to the Study Loft, which balances opportunities to study and complete schoolwork with time to connect and unwind – or blow off steam.
ASP Music provides individualized private instruction with experienced musicians and educators across a range of instruments. Students seeking a broader musical experience can participate in the ASP Music Conservatory, which builds on private lessons with opportunities for collaborative music-making, performance, professional recording, and the opportunity to build a musical community.
Our programming also extends beyond the traditional school week. On select days when regular classes are not in session, Discovery Workshops offer full-day, hands-on experiences built around creativity, design, movement, exploration, and collaboration.
Across Auxiliary Programs, our goal is to give students space to pursue interests, discover new ones, build relationships, and develop greater independence, while providing families with thoughtful, flexible options for life beyond the school day.
