Our dance program blends the artistry of dance with the physical and cognitive benefits of movement.

Through this, we are able to offer a holistic approach to dance education. This program helps children to mature physically, emotionally, socially, and intellectually.

Grounded in the four elements of dance – space, body, force, and time – the dance curriculum allows students to explore and build upon creative movement while developing an awareness of self and others. Students learn how to work collaboratively and be successful within a group dynamic as they co-create and perform.

Dance was always a big source of excitement and fun at St. Luke’s. In every grade, we had a special moment – St. Luke’s found a way to put dance at the pinnacle of each grade, which created a sense of collaboration.  I enjoyed it so much that I wanted to come back and help the younger students.
